Flexible Options

As part of our complete services package we offer training and support programs for all of our solutions. We provide many different options for training and support, from ongoing service contracts that provide complete support and troubleshooting options for a fixed period of time, to support on an incident by incident basis.

Many Levels of Expertise:

  • Instructing your engineers and IT staff in API programming for customizable engines so you can further customize and build upon your solutions.
  • Training your administrative staff on the setup and maintenance of all the systems required to run our solutions, from the hardware they run on to the particulars of operating system and network tuning, to setting up Back Office products to work with custom solutions.
  • End user training for custom solutions.
  • End user training for related technical tasks such as using scanners and printers, navigating networks and operating systems and desktop applications.

A Trained User is a Happy User

We encourage our customers to plan and budget for training during the pilot and roll-out phases of any new or updated system implementation. You will find that providing your employees with adequate training up front will ensure that they feel comfortable using a new system. They will be less likely to make errors in the critical administrative setup and initial data-entry phases, and will tend to use the product as intended, which will improve the accuracy and usefulness of data in the system. Although we extensively document our products and make them as easy to use and transparent to the user as possible, we find that discussing product features and intended use makes users more productive and reduces ongoing support issues.

Ongoing Support

We provide support for all our solutions under a variety of flexible support plans. Our close relationship with our partners and our expertise with their products ensures that we have the answers you are looking for readily available. That equates to savings that we pass on to you. Even if you have an in-house solution or one developed by a third party, you will find us responsive and willing to help when it comes to making sure that your system has the maximum uptime and is as productive as possible.
