Coronavirus COVID-19 Preparedness Update

April 24, 2020

We wanted to check in with all of you to make sure that you are safe and healthy as we continue to fight this awful COVID-19 virus. The new environment we find ourselves in, working from home, staying inside, is challenging for everyone. It is a major change to how we do business and how we live our lives.  All members of our CSI team continue to work remotely on your projects and support items.  We have been able to maintain operations as normal, working from our homes, to ensure there has been no impact to our customers.  We also wanted to reassure you that Computer SI remains healthy both financially and physically and we are here to support you any way we can.   The good news is that no employees or their family members have contracted the disease.

Please feel free to reach out to us if you would like any assistance or if you have questions regarding continued remote support for your business.  Our partners are here to help you as well.  Hyland Software, EphesoftUiPath and Microsoft are providing special statements and offers during this pandemic, to assist customers.  For more information, please visit our partners COVID-19 web pages via the links below.

Computer SI will continue to post updates on our website if there are any changes to our current policy on this situation.

We hope that you and your families stay safe and healthy, both at home and at work. We look forward to time when we can once again meet face to face, with no threat to our health and safety.

Thank you for your trust in allowing us to assist you with your business needs.  Be safe and take care.  We are always happy to hear from you.

 Sincerely,

March 12, 2020

As a precautionary measure, due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak, all Computer SI employees will be working remotely from their homes starting March 12th, until further notice. Every CSI employee has been equipped to work from home for the last several years as part of our disaster recovery plan and there will be no noticeable difference in our ability to service our customers.  All of our employees already have this capability, including VoIP office phones and secure remote access to our servers and systems.  CSI employees working remotely will have no impact on our operations and our customer service.  In fact, we already have several employees that work part-time or entirely from remote/home offices.  We currently perform our customer support services remotely from CSI, so that will not change.

Not only does CSI have a responsibility to each employee to ensure their health and safety, but we have a responsibility to the community where we live and our customers as well.  Keeping our employees isolated from each other, mitigates that risk of disrupting the support our customers deserve and have been accustomed for 35 years.

Computer SI will post updates on our website if there are any changes to our current policy on this situation.  Please refer to this page for updates.

We ask that all of you remain safe and vigilant in fighting this serious threat to everyone’s health and wellbeing.   Please feel free to call me if you have any concerns or questions on this announcement.
