After completing a comprehensive bid and vendor evaluation process in Q1 2019, the Town of Greenwich, CT. formally announced that it has selected Computer SI Corporation to support and maintain the Town’s OnBase content management software solution.
The Town of Greenwich has been using OnBase for several years and was previously supported by other OnBase partners. Although OnBase has been widely utilized throughout their government offices for document management, the Town of Greenwich wanted to take their deployment to the next level, implementing departmental workflows and a public facing portal. They selected Computer SI as their new OnBase partner because of our extensive experience with implementing government solutions and CSI’s ability to deliver on Greenwich’s technology vision.
Our vast experience with OnBase in the public sector, API’s, portals, business process automation, and additional complementary solutions will help the Town of Greenwich achieve their digital transformation and business process automation goals.
The Town intends to expand OnBase to encompass several additional departments and use cases. Their forward thinking includes enhancing and expanding their OnBase portal access for constituents and vendors. As the Town continues towards their goal of digitally transforming many of their operations, Computer SI will configure, integrate and expand the usage of their OnBase enterprise content management and workflow solution.
